Do my clients need an account or an app?

Clients join through your shop’s link and receive their digital card. They do not need a paid account or the counter app.

Can I use Regulars across several shops?

Yes. Manage multiple shops under one business account and one subscription.

How does my team sign in?

Use email and password for the web dashboard. The counter app remembers your shop after scanning its setup QR code and asks for your team PIN.

What happens after I subscribe?

Once payment is confirmed, you can set up your cards, connect your counter and invite your first clients.
